Hi All!

Hello from New Orleans!  The pastor at the church where we are staying needs to use the computer, but I thought I'd put in a quick hello!  More later, for sure... probably!  Everything is safe, hot, and fun!  Lots of hard work, sweat, and devastation everywhere.  Well, take care.

Hi All!

I know I shouldn't apologize when I neglect to update, since my updating is truly uncommon, but I'm sorry I haven't updated.  I realize it isn't a huge tradgedy.  I post so infrequently that I'm amazed people ever even read this.  Well, love to you all that do!

I've had a fabulously uneventful break.  I've been sick since Monday night.  I have a cough, sneezing, the occasional runny nose, and practically no voice.  And now I've been kept up to such a terrible hour.  Because of my illness, I've been reduced to doing laundry and reading for English all break.  Isn't it funny how your spare time is so easily ruined?  Maybe not ruined (too negative), but at least alterred.  I'm unable to teach Sunday School tomorrow - sorry Rach!

I got to see my dad briefly today.  Huzzah!  I think my uncle may be facing some difficult times right now: Prayers please!

I know this doesn't matter to the vast majority of you, and you may even think this foolish.  I am, however, still in euphoria because of the dance team's new uniforms that we wore for Homecoming.

Umm, I guess the rest is same old, same old.  (Apparently that phrase was 'same o, same o' in the 1940s and 50s~Gpa K).

In an effort to get people to read my site, I have instituted the shocking colors of the hallowed uniforms.

Hi All!

Wow. I never update, but when I do, hopefully its somewhat interesting. Sorry, but it seems like I never have time to just chill and spill myself to a non-responsive screen... I'd rather read or watch a movie... or sleep. I've discovered that I love to write. I knew it before, but I've kind of rediscovered it. Oh well.

Since i've last updated I've had a lot of drama. Not a lot of drama compared with most people, but for me, I guess. I'm a cool kid and finally took driver's ed this summer I thought I had my heart broken but I realized that that couldn't have happened because he didn't mean anything to me in the first place, really. Kind of Ironic how that happens isn't it?!? When am I going to figure these things out? I think I'm just going to stop even caring. But its soooo hard to not care. But isn't when it's all supposed to happen? Oh well. Whatevs.

I should probably just stop, because I'm not even paying attention to what I'm writing, and I don't know how to tell you all everything that I would love to say.

Hi all!

I'm at my grandparent's lake.  I'm having a great time.  I finished my second necklace that has a piece of Hawaii coral in it, started and finished this book called Godless  (about a kid that invents his own religion, Church of the Ten-legged God, CTG for short, Chutengodians, which worships the town's water tower), collected shells from the lake, and watched in amazement as my cousins collected over 100 clams from the lake.  I myself contributed about five.  It's pretty insane, but fun.  I was too strong for the abductor muscles; I pried one open and cleaned out the insides.  It's nice and shiny inside.  I think that we're going to eat some of them tomorrow night.

Hopefully my parents will let me attend my tentative plans for Monday.  If they do, I will seriously love them forever.  If I were them, I don't know if I'd let me go...

Well, dance camp this week.  I'm excited mostly.  But a little nervous, too.

I got a bit burned today.  Sunburns suck.

Hi All!

I'm sorry that I haven't updated in forever, but I've just found a bunch of better things to do than be on the computer, ya know?!?  Well, Habitat was amazing.  The cool room, Deuteronomy, white water rafting, screwing, nailing, etc., etc.  You know, the usual things.  Well, I guess the only other big thing was that my Alto grandparents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary over the 4th.  It was really June 3, but they decided that more people might be able to come if they celebrated it last weekend.  They bought a water tramp for us grandkids, so that was pretty sweet.  I hung out with cousins, and second cousins, and third cousins twice removed or whatever that junk is.  It was a great time, and one of them kind of reminded me of Bacon... which was kinda weird.  But, whatevs.

I'm back in town for danceline cuts (tomorrow!) and Gooseberry this week, then I'm heading back to the lakes to chill with my G'rents.  My dad is home this week, but he's at the lake too.  Also, my aunt and uncle are up from Lakemoor, IL (less than 30 min from WI) with my three cute cousins.  The middle one, Eddie, is 6 and he is so independent!  When we went to the fireworks, I got put in charge of him (just gma took us, so no parents).  He likes to wrestle and fight, and stuff.  He's getting bigger so he's pretty tough to hold down constantly.  I'd try to keep him in line and he'd say, "You do that, fist in face."  Which was kinda weird.  He'd tackle me a lot, but it was mostly fun.  Once the real fireworks started, he relaxed and sat in my lap and watched and started to get a bit cold so he curled up with me in the blankets we had brought.  When the show was over, he looked up at me and said, "I love you."  It was the cutest thing ever!

Too bad moments like that don't happen to me with guys my own age...

I don't really know what else...  Oh are there any other nerds out there excited for the sixth Harry Potter book?  I've been rereading the fifth one so I remember everything that's been going on.  Started a few days ago; almost done.

As you might say, Toodles?!?
